Russian makers of computer systems, phones, web servers are on the brink of a situation. After Russia brought out a major assault on Ukraine, the Russian market was filled up with low-grade integrated circuits and also integrated circuits from China. Russian business started to purchase electronic devices not straight from suppliers, yet from middlemans.
